Now available in Portland... a fun-filled workshop designed to give women
a chance to concentrate solely on their own needs...to dream aloud...and
to design a highly-effective plan to realize their ideal future
Now Is My Time is a personal goal-setting program created by award wining marketing consultant and communications specialist, Lucy Z. Martin, APR. It is based on the highly successful model she’s used for more than 25 years to help clients discover their niche and design a creative, customized plan to get there.
The course is taught from a 45-page workbook through lectures, worksheets,
and lively group discussions. The fast-moving format covers such areas
as:
- Balancing a busy life
- Achieving a career or lifestyle change
- Conquering procrastination
- Thwarting self-sabotage
- Increasing your success rate
- Finding your niche
The curriculum also focuses on how to identify and use feminine intuition,
ask for what you want, resolve conflict gracioulsy, and enhance listening skills. There
are self-tests to identify individual preferences, as well as personal style
in both routine and stressful situations.
Women leave the course with a notebook brimming with realistic plans, personal
journal observations, useful tips and timely handouts of new ideas to get
the most out of their daily lives.
